Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before the courier leaves.

Returns & Exchanges at Delivery Only
Returns or exchanges are only accepted while the courier is present.
If you choose to return the order, only the delivery fee will be charged.
Partial returns are not allowed; the order must be accepted or returned in full.

After Courier Departure
Once the courier leaves, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Deposite Policy
A small deposit may be required to confirm your order.
Once confirmed, we’ll proceed with your order ✨

Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the order will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy
Customers with 2 previously canceled orders must pay fully in advance for the next order.

المعاينة عند الاستلام
يرجى معاينة الطلب فور استلامه وقبل مغادرة المندوب.

الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وقت التسليم فقط
يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط أثناء وجود المندوب.
في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم دفع رسوم الشحن فقط.
لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي، يجب استلام أو إرجاع الطلب بالكامل.

بعد مغادرة المندوب
لا يُسمح بأي استرجاع أو استبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب تحت أي ظرف.

سياسة العربون
قد يُطلب دفع عربون بسيط لتأكيد طلبك.
وبمجرد تأكيده، سنبدأ في تنفيذ طلب

محاولات التوصيل
يقوم المندوب بمحاولة التوصيل 3 مرات، وبعد ذلك يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

سياسة الإلغاء
في حالة وجود طلبين ملغيين سابقًا، يتم الدفع كاملًا مقدمًا للطلب التالي
